Grilled Chicken (chik-uh n) & Rice (rahys)

Do not be fooled by the simple nature of this dish. This is from Hanco's. If I could eat every meal here I would. But I suppose that would be boring. Or would it? We were feeling Vietnamese in a huge way and while I wanted to introduce him to the Vietnamese classic sandwich, I thought it would be sacrilegious to order it mild spice....so chicken and rice it was.  I even managed to dab a bit of hoisin sauce on his rice and proceeded to sit on my hands so I wouldn't eat his entire lunch. The bubble tea was mine but he made a noble effort to get involved. Bubble tea or no bubble tea....the meal was met with a large round of applause.
