Al Roker (roʊk ə r)
/Not to be confused with THAT Al Roker. This Al Roker comes in the form of a pizza pie adorned with tomato, mozzarella, fontina, caramelized onion, roast pepper, sopressata, piccante and rosemary. It's a force of nature....which is oh so befitting. This was Pizza 2.0 and I had confidence he could handle it. And handle it he did. The Al Roker was such a success we needed to do a few rooftop laps to step away from the torrential onslaught of pure deliciousness.
