Baked Ham (ˈham)

Do you remember where you were when you tried your first baked ham? Jenson was in Hell's Kitchen celebrating Easter Sunday with a room full of people he mostly just met. Highly recommended if you ever want a rest from the ole' family traditional holiday thing. But I digress. There was a whole ham at this party and as much as I would love to say I eschew pork products because I'm a vegetarian convert, I know thyself. Jenson also was acquainted with himself this particular Sunday. It was a most blessed day.
