We're about to go all Venezuelan on you. One of the advantages of having Venezuelan friends is their ability to come to your house and make arepas. This is a corn pancake and is used anywhere you might use a bun. They gave Jenson his own mini-Arepa and it was Venezuelan love at first sight. Kuddos to the chefs.
